Terms and Conditions
It is our aim to train all candidates to the highest level of competence and skill required, by only teaching HSE approved Nuco courses.
All trainers are qualified to teach the Nuco syllabus and have independent insurance.
A Nuco appointed monitor may be present during training. This is a normal legal procedure for all instructors, to ensure the very highest level of education and does not affect our pricing policy.
f.a.i training employs only experienced Nuco trainers and takes all appropriate measures to ensure the quality and professionalism of such persons, with reference and security checks.
Employer / Student Guidelines
These courses are intensive and the employer should ensure that all participants attend each session in full.
Health & Safety Executive require that all students make full attendance for statutory courses.
f.a.i training require full attendance for all other courses where a certificate is issued, and reserve the right to refuse certification if such person or persons are deemed to have failed to attend the full course syllabus.
A suitable training room should be reserved with ample work space for practical sessions. Please consider the effect of distacting sounds and temperature when making this choice.
Students should dress casual and ladies are advised to avoid wearing skirts or dresses if at all possible.
Note paper and pens are preferable to those who choose to undertake this method of learning. However, this should be the sole decision of the individual, which we shall respect.
Payment
(statutory courses)
Payment is due no later than 6 (six) weeks prior to course commencement date. Where Appointed Persons or Emergency Aid courses are booked, then payment is due within 4 (four) weeks of commencement date.
All training dates are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
(applies to statutory courses only)
Trainers are reserved for each course booked, therefore should you wish to cancel, a percentage of the fee may be taken to cover expenses.
However, alternative dates may be scheduled at no extra cost where possible.
Our terms are as follows:
over six weeks notice........... Full fee refunded.
over five weeks notice......... 75% fee refunded.
over four weeks notice........ 50% fee refunded.
over two weeks notice......... 25% fee refunded.
Less than two weeks notice...... Non refundable.
